Free Shipping
Music Merchandise is excited to offer free shipping on orders over $125 to Canadian addresses. While most areas in Canada typically receive their orders within 2 to 5 days, please note that shipping times may extend to 7 to 9 days for remote or rural regions. Exceptions may apply, and free shipping may not be available for certain remote areas due to higher shipping costs. If your order is affected by these exceptions, our team will promptly notify you of any additional charges.
How Soon Will My Order Dispatch?
We endeavour to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. Orders typically leave our facility within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). While we aim for expedited delivery, the carrier's processing and delivery timelines are beyond our control.
If an item in your order is out of stock or you are in a remote area with additional shipping costs, we'll notify you via email with available options. Please note, we reserve the right to not dispatch any orders for any reason. If there's an issue with shipping your order, our team will contact you promptly.
Receiving Your Order
For insurance and security purposes, many shipments will require your signature upon delivery. Please make sure you're available to inspect and sign for your delivery. You can track the shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Before signing, carefully check the package for damages or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, report them immediately at info[@]musicmerchandise.ca. Signing without mentioning issues indicates your acceptance of the order "as is." Your prompt reporting helps us resolve problems quickly.
Remote Area Exceptions
Free shipping might not apply to some remote areas due to higher shipping costs. If your order is affected, our team will inform you of any additional costs.

Order Cancellation
Due to our aim to process orders swiftly, cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour from the time of the order.
