Free Shipping

Music Merchandise offers free shipping on orders of $125 or more to Canadian addresses; orders under $125 ship for a flat $14.99. The shipping cost shown at checkout is final. Most areas receive their orders within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch; remote and rural areas can take 4 to 7 business days.

How Soon Will My Order Dispatch?

We endeavour to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. Orders typically leave our facility within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). While we aim for expedited delivery, the carrier's processing and delivery timelines are beyond our control.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we'll email you with your options. Please note, we reserve the right to not dispatch any orders for any reason. If there's an issue with shipping your order, our team will contact you promptly.

Receiving Your Order

For insurance and security purposes, many shipments will require your signature upon delivery. Please make sure you're available to inspect and sign for your delivery. You can track the shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Before signing, carefully check the package for damages or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, report them immediately at info[@]musicmerchandise.ca. Signing without mentioning issues indicates your acceptance of the order "as is." Your prompt reporting helps us resolve problems quickly.

Remote Areas and the Territories

We ship to all ten provinces at the rate shown at checkout, with no added charges afterward. Deliveries to remote and rural postal codes can take 4 to 7 business days. Checkout can't currently take orders for delivery to Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut — email info@musicmerchandise.ca and we'll look at options with you.

International Shipping & Returns

At this time, Music Merchandise primarily ships to locations within Canada. For inquiries regarding international shipments, please reach out to us at info[@]musicmerchandise.ca.

Order Cancellation

Due to our aim to process orders swiftly, cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour from the time of the order. To cancel, reach out to us at info[@]musicmerchandise.ca or through our website's contact page. An email confirmation will verify cancelled orders. If we can't cancel in time, refer to our return policy below.
