1847 Classic Wilde Minor Harmonica (Stainless Steel Reeds)

The Seydel 1847 Classic Wilde Minor is a stainless-reed harmonica specially tuned for playing fluent hard rock and blues rock in minor keys.

Features and Use

• Tuning layout eliminates the need for overblows and overdraws to reach the minor third and diminished fifth in the upper octave, replacing them with standard draw bends.
• Holes one through five use standard Richter tuning, while holes six through eight replicate chambers two through four one octave higher.
• Hole nine replicates hole two two octaves higher, and hole ten swaps the blow and draw notes to turn the high bend into a draw bend.
• All thirds of the blow and draw chords are tuned one semi-tone lower than the major version (blow 2, 5, 6, 9; draw 3, 7).
• Key labels represent the root note of the minor scale played in second position.

• Moisture-proof, swelling-free maple comb sealed with multiple layers of food-safe finish.
• Stainless steel reeds and rivets provide durable, fast tone response and a full, overtone-rich sound.
• German silver reedplates are fine-cut for flat seating, tight tolerances, and minimal air loss.
• Extra-strong 0.4mm stainless steel cover plates feature a brace-free, wide-open back for undampened sound projection.
• Upper cover plate includes a custom Will Wilde logo.
