The Seydel Symphony 64 Grand Chromatic is a 16-hole harmonica featuring stainless steel reeds and a four-octave range for classical and jazz performance.

Features and Use

• Provides a tonal range of four full octaves (C3 to C7).
• Manually tuned stainless steel reeds offer precise tone control and a rich, warm sound.
• Specially developed valves use less adhesive for optimized anti-stick properties and high airtightness.
• Wide-open back design on the coverplates allows for dynamic sound projection.

Construction and Materials

• 1mm anti-corrosive German silver recessed reed plates, mounted individually with stainless steel screws.
• Solid, die-cast, powder-coated aluminum coverplates.
• 1mm German silver slider track with a silver-coated, convex button, manually lapped to the mouthpiece for silent operation.
• Silver-coated mouthpiece screwed from the back, leaving no screw heads on the outer playing surface.
• Slider track is accessible for cleaning by removing a single screw on the back of the comb.

• Standard slider featuring 25% larger air inlets for a full, loud sound.
• Professional slider with a 2mm shorter action for precise tone control at lower volumes.
• Genuine leather carrying strap with Seydel embossing, attachable to either side of the comb.

• Acrylic Comb: Translucent-green CNC-milled acrylic body paired with a halfmoon-shaped mouthpiece.
